Are you ready for the stomp? Here’s all you need to know:

Dress: Cool & casual. Dress for a hill country summer day. The event will be outdoors at the Vintage Oaks pool, but there’s plenty of shaded seating, with wine tasting both outdoors and inside. Stomping is fast & furious, so wear shorts… you might want to wear clothes that you won’t mind getting a little grape juice on, too!

Bring: Food and drinks are included at the event. Bring sunscreen for the outdoor activities – sun hats for the kids might be a good idea, too.

Competing: Just sign up at the event, and your team will be posted on a schedule. Teams are two-person, but bring as many competitors as you like, and don’t forget your cheering section!

Rules & Other “Small Print”:

• Grape Stomp registration is based on first come first serve on the day of the event.
• A valid picture ID is required at event entry for anyone having purchased or purchasing an Adult ticket
• You must have a ticket to enter the event.
• Event organizers or sponsors are not responsible for forgotten, lost or stolen tickets
• This event will occur rain or shine. However, in the event of inclimate weather or other condition which may delay the opening and/or require an early closing of the event, there are NO CASH REFUNDS. Unused tickets are not redeemable for cash
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone presumed to be under-age and/or intoxicated
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Other than water in clear plastic containers, no other beverages are allowed.
• Other than food for infants and toddlers (under 5), or special dietary needs, no other food is allowed.
• No coolers and no glass containers are allowed.
• Other than documented guide/aid dogs, no pets/non-humans are allowed.
• No littering allowed. Don’t mess with Texas!
• Other than by the wineries, the opening of bottled wine is prohibited on event grounds.
• Consumption of alcohol by anyone without a valid adult wristband is strictly prohibited.
• Wine service ends 30 minutes prior to closing.
• Tickets may not be modified or altered in any way.
• Each ticket represents a fully revocable license and any violation of the law, applicable regulations, these rules, general misconduct or indecency may result in revocation of that license without refund. The Texas Hill Country Wineries, event management, the event sponsors, and their employees, volunteers and/or representatives assume no responsibility for accidents.
